Interviewing

What I learned from interviewing is that it isn't that easy to come up with good questions to ask the interviewee. You need to know things about their life before you ask them questions. You also need to let them feel at ease and don't make them uncomfortable with your starting question, you need to leave the hard questions that they don't wanna answer till the last question(s). When you are interviewing a person you have to remember to ask open-ended questions. This is important because if you don't the interview won't go well and it will be a very short and not very interesting interview. They might even not want to be interviewed by you anymore if you are like that. So you have to remember open-ended questions and make them comfortable with you interviewing them.
